Working as non-Nepali citizen in Bank and FI of Nepal

What are the conditions for a Bank and Financial Institutions of Nepal to hire a non-Nepali citizen for employment?

The authorized bank and financial institution for any particular technical position may appoint non-Nepali citizens and make them work in accordance with the following procedures/regulations if such skilled personnel are not available in the country. The requirements are explained by Unified Directives of central bank of Nepal (NRB).
