Work permit skills test for expatriates in Nepal

What are the skill requirement that an expatriate should meet to obtain work permit in Nepal?

Employment of foreigners must go through certain tests. Non-Nepalese citizen’s employment is costly to an organization more than employing local human resources and leverage of appointment may not meet the objective of GoN to create competent local human resources and employment environment. In addition, expats may face language disadvantages and working in the new socio environment could be some time costly too.
