How does the court system work in Nepal in case of Tax disputes?

Tax dispute resolution can be a lengthy process and can take several years. While administrative review decisions need to be made within 60 days (or can be considered as rejected after waiting for 60 days), there is no time frame for revenue tribunal and supreme court decisions.

There is a three-tier review process in Nepal for tax disputes. These are briefly explained below.
