What are the different forms of foreign investment in Nepal?
There are different form of foreign investment in Nepal. The new FITTA 2019 expanded the modes of investment to include venture capital fund which is a welcome development.
As per FITTA 2019, “Foreign investment” means the following investment made by a foreign investor in an industry or company:
