If we are investing in Nepal together with local partner, is it possible for us to make the agreement with the local partner a part of our company registration process?

In case of a joint venture, it is mandatory to submit Joint Venture agreement for investment in fresh industry, and Share Purchase agreement is mandatory for investment in existing company. Such agreements are required to be approved by Department of Industry.
